WAIVER
I acknowledge that SomatIQ Breathwork™ is a deep, immersive, and powerful process. I confirm that I have notified the practitioners of any physical injuries, mental, or psychological conditions I may have. I willingly participate in this experience and take full responsibility for my physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after the session.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
SomatIQ Breathwork™ is designed as a personal growth experience and should not be considered a substitute for psychotherapy. Participation is not recommended for:
Pregnant women
Individuals with cardiovascular conditions, including angina, heart attack, or high blood pressure
Those with glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, or a history of seizures, stroke, or major psychiatric conditions
Individuals recovering from recent surgery, acute infectious illness, or epilepsy
If you have any concerns about your health, please consult your primary care physician before participating.
Note: Participants with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult their physician prior to the session.
RELEASE
I hereby release and hold harmless SomaYama™ LLC from any and all results that may arise during or after participation in Somatic Release Breathwork™. I waive any legal rights regarding these sessions and agree to fully release SomaYama™ LLC and its practitioners from any claims or liabilities of any kind.
