Join us for an evening of drumming, art, meditation, and movement as we celebrate the summer solstice! The moon will be in Sagittarius and the sun will be in Cancer, conjunct with Venus, planet of love, and Mercury, planet of communication.
This solstice invites us to look at the bigger picture of how we use our words, inviting us to ask how we can speak more sweetly to ourselves and others. This moon is called the “Strong Sun Moon” and is all about speaking our truth, being seen, and the energy of expansion.
Please bring: a drum or rattle, yoga mat and pillow for comfort.
About Your Hosts
Crystle Castle is an intuitive holistic healer from Boise, Idaho. She is a board certified Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, meditation coach, and health & wellness advocate with a background in shamanic studies and Eastern healing modalities. She helps women heal in body, mind and spirit through the power of massage therapy, energy work, and guided meditation. Follow her on IG @prismbodywork
Temple Gladstarr is a Licensed Massage Therapist and certified Reiki Master, yoga teacher, and Thai yoga massage therapist. She has an MFA in visual arts and finds daily grounding through the practice of curiosity and creativity.
