Somatic Breathwork Experience

Join me for an evening of deep healing and connection to release and re-write what is suppressed and repressed so you can reside in joy, fulfillment, and peace.

This experience is going to be amazing! We're combining Breathwork and the Energy Enhancement System(EES) at the Infinity Wave Center for *profound healing*.

The Energy Enhancement SystemTM (EE SystemTM) generates multiple bio-active life enhancing energy fields, including “scalar waves” which can allow cell regeneration, improve immune function, provide relief from pain, detoxify the body, elevate moods, and assist in balancing right and left hemispheres of the brain to increase energy levels.

The 90 minute experience will begin with introduction and intentions followed by a Somatic Breathwork Experience with verbal cueing and intentional music. You will be held, supported, and celebrated the whole way.

Bring a pillow, blanket, and yoga mat with you.
