Upward Inertia is so excited to be hosting our first annual Thrive: Community Wellness Festival. This one day festival will highlight the best that the Treasure Valley has to offer in terms of health and wellness education. From invigorating yoga classes, to intense workouts, workshops on mindfulness, nutrition, and self care, and vendors sharing their knowledge and skills - this day will be jam packed great information and great people.
There will be options for everyone, regardless of age or physical abilities. We will have a kids corner, community meetups, and more. Schedule to come!
