I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer at Camp Rhino Boise. I assist women 50+ to improve their fitness levels through functional training programs. These exercise programs typically use the whole body or multiple muscle groups and emphasize the development of balance, stability and strength. I also works with 50+ women who are just beginning to compete in marathons and other athletic races or events, who want to prepare themselves mentally and physically for their upcoming athletic event.
Finally, I am also certified in Adult First Aid,CPR and AED by the American Red Cross.
