We are a mobile adult geriatric primary care clinic. We provide medical primary care wherever you call home! We visit you in your home, apartment, assisted living community, or memory care unit. Most testing such as labs, x-ray's, and even ultrasound can be done right in the comfort of your own home! Our caring practitioners spend time and listen to your health concerns. We focus on helping you maintain independence, mobility, and wellness. When acute or chronic health concerns arise we are right there with you to provide compassionate and specialized care. Our visits are covered just as they would be in clinic by most insurance carriers including Medicare & Medicaid.
