? 1. Coconut Citrus Electrolyte Boost

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut water (natural source of potassium)
½ cup water
Juice of ½ lemon
Juice of ½ orange
Pinch of sea salt or Himalayan salt (adds sodium and trace minerals)
1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional for energy)

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a jar or bottle. Shake well and serve chilled.
