This non-alcoholic drink is festive, refreshing, and perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings. It’s a hit with both adults and kids, offering a delightful mix of tart cranberry, citrusy orange, and fizzy sparkle.
(Serves 6-8)
3 cups cranberry juice (100% juice, no sugar added)
1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed, if possible)
1 cup sparkling water or club soda (or ginger ale for sweetness)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Ice cubes
Fresh cranberries, orange slices, and mint leaves (for garnish)
Mix the Juices: In a large pitcher, combine the cranberry juice, orange juice, and lime juice. Stir in honey or agave syrup if desired for added sweetness.
Add Fizz: Just before serving, gently stir in the sparkling water or club soda for a bubbly finish.
Serve: Fill glasses with ice, pour the punch over, and garnish with fresh cranberries, a slice of orange, and a sprig of mint.
Optional Rim: For extra flair, dip the rim of each glass in orange juice, then in sugar for a sparkling edge.
