This tea recipe is quick and can help keep you healthy and warm throughout autumn!

Ingredients:

1 tsp dried echinacea (supports the immune system)
1 tsp dried ginger root (anti-inflammatory and warming)
1 tsp dried peppermint (soothes digestion and boosts energy)
1 tsp dried thyme (rich in antioxidants and vitamin C)
1 tbsp lemon juice (for added vitamin C)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
2 cups boiling water

Instructions:

Prepare the Herbs: In a teapot or large mug, combine the echinacea, ginger root, peppermint, and thyme.
