Salted Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic
2 cups water
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (supports digestion + alkalinity)
½ tsp raw honey or maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: Dash of cinnamon for flavor
Combine in a shaker bottle or jar and mix well. Sip throughout the day.
