Warm Cinnamon Apple & Oat Bake

Supports heart health, digestion, and stable energy with fiber-rich oats, apples, and warming spices.

Ingredients:

2 cups rolled oats
2 apples, diced
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup walnuts or pecans

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a baking dish, combine oats, apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, nuts.
In a bowl, whisk milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Pour over oat mixture.
Bake 30–35 minutes until set and golden.
Serve warm — optional drizzle of nut butter on top.
